Avskavd elegans
Lite avskavd men ändå inte direkt förfallen sekelskiftesmiljö. Snarare någon slags elegant dekadens kanske. Härligt mild färgsskala med flera nyanser av vitt, beige, brunt, trä, guld m m. Här hjälper ju lokalen med stora härliga fönster och högt i tak till en hel del. Men något som man kan ta åt sig och använda även i en annan miljö är stilen och färgskalan. Bilder från Shootfactory.

Ska allt fram till 1:a advent ?
Enligt Hannele så ska alla julsaker fram till första advent. Själv tar jag bara fram adventsljusstaken alltså den med ett ljus för varje söndag. Runt Lucia tar jag fram lite mer ljus och kanske lite juldekorationer och ungefär en vecka innan julafton så köper vi gran och klär den. Så hur brukar du göra? Är det jul redan?
Japp, det är det. Åtminstone om man får tro BoBedre, på deras nätsida frodas julen i all sin glans. Kanske är det ändå just nu, innan allt har börjat, som det känns som mest spännande. Två versioner - en i guld med guld buddha(?) på främsta plats och en med vitt elegant tema. De två första bilderna är från en bok som heter 'Hjem til jul' av Lise och Kristian Septimius Krogh.

Nya och gamla klassiker
Snyggt och stilrent danskt hem med moderna klassiker mixade med troligtvis moderna kanske blivande klassiker. Skön mix mellan det lite naturliga trärena känslan och svart. Bilder från Bobedre.

The Nam Hai i Vietnam
Lyxlirare som man är så letade vi naturligtvis upp en resort med rykte om sig att vara Asiens bästa. The Nam Hai i Hoi An var verkligen något speciellt. Stora vräkiga villor med en vardagsrum- och matsalsdel i en egen byggnad och en byggnad för sov- och badrum. Tillhörande butler med service som tvätt och strykning, afternoon tea och små kanapéer på kvällen ingick. Ja, ni hör ju, nästan lite att ta i. Men trots allt en otroligt vacker resort med asiatisk inredning i vitt (väggar och gardiner), brunt i möbler och utsnidade jalusier och grå sten. Lägg märke till baldakinen som ligger som ett litet hus mitt i rummet.

I mitten av rummet fanns en upphöjd del inringad av gardiner med säng, tv, soffa, skrivbord och badkar. En baldakin som blev som ett rum i rummet.
Den här typen av utsnidade golvljusstakar i gjutjärn fanns överallt på området både inomhus och utomhus.
