Multi Residences on a Single Block

A multi-residence which was developed with the intention of bringing together two homes in one single block, this is a major challenge that must be completed by Neil Architecture. Built on a street in the suburbs, with the front that are not equipped with symmetrical facades everywhere arranged tribute to parked cars. Natural environment, quite a significant influence on the style of the house, with exterior and interior that looks contemporary and natural impression is so good show. If observed carefully, the structure of the house may look a little strange, but everything is normal, and every thing should occupy parts.

Wood became the dominant element used in the construction of this house, which, combined with the color white on most walls. A key element in the development of this concept is the earth crashing into the wall, which serves at once as a party wall and boundary identification, and as the anchor foundation homes and detained them in the landscape. One of our main goals is the development of sensitive typology for urban consolidation in what is setting beyond the edge of established suburbs. The lack of defining the boundary elements along the way to maintain the original landscape features and functions to unify and strengthen the character of streetscape appearance of the prevailing environment. All rooms are spacious, have full access to natural light, with large windows that let light in and flooded the interior. Because the location of the house which was the suburb of Blackburn suburb of Melbourne, Australia, providing a secure peace.
