Below is a loft apartment which secure improvements in the interior. Located in the West Village, New York City, was originally housed in a structure that was built as a truck garage in 1931 and converted to condominiums in 1983, apartment plagued with awkward geometry, natural light is limited and outdated decor. Then the loft apartment is a re-design to create a more modern interior, with a layout that gives comfort. This is a project undertaken by ixdesign, they maximize storage space and improve the color so it looks clean and tidy.
Changes in either form of interior carving out or add other forms of irregular presented by the architecture. The walls looked fresh with a surface finish premises a neutral white color, to create a seamless integration with the ceiling structure which allows the inherent quality of the statue room for improvement. Responding to the client’s desire to retreat, inviting warm, natural walnut are used throughout to anchor and strengthen the unity of space, juxtaposed against the bright architectural envelope.
